With a deep appreciation for their unwavering support and keen understanding of their desires, he resolved to honor both sides in a manner befitting his noble position. With an unyielding commitment to fulfilling his sacred duty of aiding anyone who seeks his help, the Hakim also holds the utmost reverence for sharing his vast knowledge with those who are thirsty for its wisdom.
The decision was to split our resources to meet the needs of two distinct groups. We believe this compromise will help us achieve a balance that maintains the essence of our community while embracing progress and openness.
The first part of this update focuses on our domain, Arammagick.com. We have developed a more modern website that will enable us to better engage with the outside world and expand our presence on social media platforms. As a result, the forum on this domain will no longer be fully accessible; gradually, we will be closing it off. Most of the posts have been restricted with a password and will only be accessible to members who are already logged in or to those who have the password, which we believe all old members should have.
By implementing these changes, we aim to cater to the desire for increased accessibility while safeguarding the privacy and exclusivity many of our members hold dear.
The second part of our update involves the preservation of our old forum. After considering the strong desires of several members who wish for our community to remain secretive and not easily accessible, we have decided to move our forum back to its previous platform. However, we will enhance the theme to provide a better user experience. This way, the forum and its community will remain protected and hidden from the public eye.
Moreover, we have taken into account the importance of Hakim's work and the valuable knowledge it contains. To ensure that it benefits both existing and new members, we will feature Hakim's work on the new website. This will allow those seeking assistance and newcomers alike to access Hakim's wisdom. Meanwhile, the spells, talismans, and secrets of magick that have historically been shared within our community will be safely stored in the old forum.
We understand that the recent votes were nearly evenly split, and it was crucial for us to find a solution that pleases both sides. We believe that the actions described above best serve the interests of our diverse community, striving to strike a balance between embracing progress and preserving our traditions.
